Clarence parade is a beautiful top floor apartment situated just steps away from the coast with stunning unspoilt panoramic views over the Solent. With views over to Ryde, Isle of Wight from the front of the property, through to the Spinnaker Tower from the rear, the views are unmatched.
The property is located in central Southsea, overlooking Southsea Common and the Isle of Wight. The location is brilliant for public transport with bus stops and the hovercraft to the Isle of Wight nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, pubs, local attractions and public transport. A lovely safe and welcoming environment.

How do I book this holiday home?
You can book our Southsea holiday home either this website by by clicking here. If you book direct via our website then we offer 20% discount. Alternatively we are also on Airbnb, where you can find full details on availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer two types of booking rates, standard and flexible. Our flexible rate enables you to have that extra piece of mind to cancel 1 day prior to check in. Our standard rates are non refundable.
Do I need travel insurance?
While not mandatory, we advise that all guests take travel insurance whilst staying with Waves & Woods Getaways, especially for longer bookings – for that added peace of mind!
Are pets allowed in your holiday homes?
Unfortunately as much as we love furry friends, our homes are not suitable for them, therefore we cannot accept pets in our properties.
What is the check-in process?
The check-in and check-out process is contactless in all of our properties. You will be contacted 24 hours before checkin with instructions on how to collect and return the keys.
Can you recommend where to eat and drink and things to do?
In all of our properties we provide a welcome pack. Within this pack it is full of all lots of restaurant and bar recommendations in and around the surrounding areas. We also provide lots of great tips on how to get around and things to do!
